Changed the dot spawning from yesterday to be 'bullet spawning'.

And then adding more with variable sizes and colours --- with minor teething issues :)

One of the bigger design questions will be how important predictability and synchronisation are. Multiple things firing out of sync is a big challenge ramp, but maybe too much and potentially frustrating.
