move right

Today was an extremely slow day for what got done, but it accomplished something I'm super glad to finally have. I've always been a bit avoidant of adding art assets to things because there's never been a nice interface for dealing with animation state. Things were changed in the code, recompiled a bunch of times, generally scattered and very painful. Now things are finally in the config files loaded at runtime. This gives both myself and potentially collaborating artists a lot more flexibility to add and tweak the art and animation of whatever is set up to be loaded.

Result (placeholder provided from a previous project of the artist):

Loaded from this file (pending minor changes, like changing some of those names, and maybe adding different delay/repeat options).
